Terms governing your use of HNM Labs applications.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using our apps, you agree to this EULA.

By downloading, installing, or using any application published by HNM Labs (the "Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

This EULA applies to all versions of the Application and any updates or upgrades provided by HNM Labs.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application.

Subject to the terms of this EULA, HNM Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Application on devices that you own or control
• Use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access updates and enhancements made available by HNM Labs

This license is for your personal use only and does not include the right to sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Application to any third party.

3. Restrictions

Certain uses of the Application are not permitted.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Application
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Use the Application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Application or any system connected to it

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Application belong to HNM Labs.

The Application, including all content, features, functionality, design elements, source code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of HNM Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of HNM Labs. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by HNM Labs.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may use or link to third-party services.

The Application may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, authentication, payment providers, platform services). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. HNM Labs is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service.

6. Updates and Changes

We may update the Application and this EULA from time to time.

HNM Labs may, at its sole discretion, update, modify, or discontinue the Application or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA. Continued use of the Application after changes to this EULA constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this EULA periodically.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HNM Labs does not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HNM Labs, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application, even if HNM Labs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

This license may be terminated if you violate these terms.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically, without notice from HNM Labs, if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

HNM Labs may also terminate or suspend your access to the Application at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause.

10. Apple App Store Addendum

Additional terms that apply when you download via the Apple App Store.

The following terms apply to Applications obtained through the Apple App Store:

• Acknowledgement: This EULA is concluded between you and HNM Labs only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). HNM Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
• Scope of License: The license granted to you for the Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and Support: HNM Labs is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services with respect to the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application.
• Product Claims: HNM Labs, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of that Application infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, HNM Labs, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
• Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
